  • Started life as a roofer fresh from School, had a gang of 7 on the roof by the age of 21
  • Built a merchant offering along side the contracting arm

  • Became the first ever MCS accredited Solar installer
  • Successfully exited the Merchant world in 2015
  • Today Steve sits on the board in an advisory capacity, and is involved in all major business decisions

Tom Roberts

GROUP DIRECTOR

  • Over 25 years in the construction industry
  • Qualified CSCS Manager
  • Has been with Bowller since finishing school
  • Started as an apprentice and has held every position in the business to Director;
  • Has installed panels and is a qualified Solar Thermal expert
  • A fantastic knowledge base in all things roofing & renewable;
  • One of the most loyal individuals a business could ask for; and
  • Did you know… Tom scored more goals for Milton FC than any other player ever.

Ben Woor

CONTRACTS AND PROJECT MANAGER

  • 20 years roofing experience
  • Fully qualified roofing & solar expert
  • NVQ roofing qualification
  • Managed roofing gangs on his way through the ranks;
  • Has risen all the way through from apprentice to Contracts Manager / Director
  • An excellent people person and communicator
  • Responsible for maintaining and looking after the businesses biggest contracts; and
  • Did you know… Ben was once a jeweler & hairdresser, is there anything this man can’t do

Andrew Henderson

DIRECTOR

  • 6 years in the Renewable Energy space
  • Played professional rugby after finishing his University degree
  • Always worked alongside playing rugby and has 10 years in financial services
  • Worked in several territories including HK, SA, Dubai, Singapore, Philippines etc.;
  • Has built businesses from start-up to 7 figure operations
  • Made the jump to renewables wanting to do better in a world that often falls short of expectation
  • Is now very experienced and knowledgeable in renewable energy
  • Did you know…. Andrew once played the clarinet and saxophone to a high level, before choosing to pursue a career in professional sport
